Giuseppe Tomelleri


Giuseppe Tomelleri was born in Verona in 1946, where he still resides.

Approaches to photography in the early seventies by joining

Club Photo Veronese, which is very active.

From 1974 he began to participate in national and international competitions and he reports flattering honors. He collects about

1500 admissions and 200 prizes in italian contests, sponsored by FIAF, and 1100 admissions and 150 awards in international competitions under FIAP patronage. In 1980

he was awarded whit the A.FIAP international honor, in 1988 whit E.FIAP, and in 2009 with the EFIAP/Gold.

In 2007 also receives the new IFIs award by the Italian federation.

In 1997, he is part of the italian representative of Fiaf who wins the Cup World for the black and white photos, so also in 2001, earning the gold medal in the individual premiums. In 2002 he wins the World Cup section for color prints.

He is the first author who in 2005 reached the Galaxy Fiaf for the total results that he have achieved in the black and white photos.

In recent years, he alternates the participation in competitions with personal and collective exhibitions in various cities in Italy and Europe.
